BENJAMIN XUE

My best friend started an a capella group... and now they are the best and one of the most relevant groups on campus. He takes care of the singing, I take care of the branding.

The Blue & White Publishing Inc. hired me to re-design some of their key features. I rebranded their company and designed their new website.

I teamed up with the Rotaract Club of Columbia and the Student Council to push out a card writing initiative for the workers and faculty on campus. I designed the logo, poster, and the cards.

After a very successful feast in 2012, I decided to take it upon myself to make it even better the next year. To create more order and organization, I pursued the idea of having physical invitations rather than rampant inviting. Our house hosted well over 100 guests with 4 Turkeys, 2 Hams, and over 40 dishes and deserts made by our own brothers and their guests.

Glass House Rocks is Columbia's largest undergraduate event. I was the co-chair as well as the head of publicity and these are our publicity materials.

As a member of the Columbia Campus Life Committee, I took it upon myself to design all publicity and marketing items needed for the event. The white t-shirt was a school wide t-shirt in which over 800 students showed up to get a limited amount of shirts.
